INGREDIENTS:

2 cups ButtaNutt 
1–3 tsp. Forage and Feast Cape Fynbos & Wildflower Honey
1 tsp. vanilla extract 
1½ tsp. ground turmeric
½ tsp. ground cinnamon
½ tsp. ground ginger
Pinch of black pepper and fine sea salt, to taste


METHOD:

  1. Warm the milk in a saucepan over medium heat until nearly simmering,     then whisk briefly until frothy. Scoop out ¼ cup of the steamed milk and set aside.
  2. Add honey, vanilla extract, turmeric, cinnamon and ginger to the milk in the saucepan and stir until infused. Season with black pepper and salt to taste.
  3. Pour the infused milk into a glass.
  4. Froth the reserved ¼ cup of steamed milk and add on top of the infused milk.
  5. Add extra honey or sweetener to taste, if needed.
  6. Serve immediately while warm and enjoy!
