INGREDIENTS:
2 cups ButtaNutt
1–3 tsp. Forage and Feast Cape Fynbos & Wildflower Honey
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1½ tsp. ground turmeric
½ tsp. ground cinnamon
½ tsp. ground ginger
Pinch of black pepper and fine sea salt, to taste
METHOD:
- Warm the milk in a saucepan over medium heat until nearly simmering, then whisk briefly until frothy. Scoop out ¼ cup of the steamed milk and set aside.
- Add honey, vanilla extract, turmeric, cinnamon and ginger to the milk in the saucepan and stir until infused. Season with black pepper and salt to taste.
- Pour the infused milk into a glass.
- Froth the reserved ¼ cup of steamed milk and add on top of the infused milk.
- Add extra honey or sweetener to taste, if needed.
- Serve immediately while warm and enjoy!
