DESCRIPTION:

Make quick Hot Honey Butter Chicken Schnitzels with Crispy Cuts! Drizzle a creamy hot honey butter sauce, featuring Forage and Feast Wildflower Honey and chili, over the crispy schnitzels for a sweet and spicy treat!

INGREDIENTS:

6 – 8 Crispy Cuts Crumbed Chicken Schnitzels
1 cup (250ml) Forage and Feast Wildflower Honey 
2 Tbsp. (30ml) chilli flakes 
¼ cup (60ml) butter


METHOD:

  1. Heat the chilli flakes in a medium saucepan.
  2. Add the butter and cook for a minute. 
  3. Whisk in the Forage and Feast Wildflower Honey and simmer for 2 – 3 minutes. 
  4. Strain into a clean jar. (This will keep for at least a week, use as desired. Simply warm up gently when you want to use it.) 
  5. Prepare the schnitzels according to the package instructions and serve with a generous drizzle of the hot honey butter sauce.
