Looking for an easy-to-mix summer drink that every adult will love? Try our Sub-Zero Cocktail recipe. It combines a floral gin with the herb-infused liqueur, cumin seed bianco, plus sweet honeybush tea, tropical pineapple and fresh lime juice, and raw honey.

INGREDIENTS:
40ml gin
20ml cumin seed bianco
25ml honeybush tea
50ml pineapple juice; pressed
15ml lime juice
10ml honey
METHOD:
- Begin by brewing a cup of honeybush tea, then set aside to cool to room temperature or chill in the fridge.
- In a cocktail shaker, add the gin, cumin seed bianco, cooled honeybush tea, pineapple juice, fresh lime juice, and honey.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds to chill the cocktail and mix the ingredients together.
- Strain the cocktail into a chilled glass filled with ice and garnish with a citrus slice, twirl or wedge of your choice.
