You’ll also need a plunger to brew your perfect cup. We love the Mila Glass & Silicone Coffee Plunger for its rich flavour and extra aroma. And we highly recommend using a double-wall mug to keep your latte warmer for longer.

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup coffee; brewed from your choice of Foreign Ground Single Origin Coffee Beans
1 Tbsp. Nutella
2 Tbsp. instant coffee
2 Tbsp. sugar
2-3 Tbsp. hot water/milk
Ground hazelnuts


METHOD:

  1. Spread Nutella on the inside of a coffee cup.
  2. Make coffee cream by whisking together the instant coffee, sugar, and hot water or milk, until the mixture thickens and there are soft peaks.
  3. Pour the hot Foreign Ground Single Origin Coffee into the cup.
  4. Top with the coffee cream (Dalgona) and sprinkle with ground hazelnuts.
  5. Enjoy!
